1. Palming (Eye Relaxation)
Purpose: Relieves eye fatigue and relaxes the optic nerves.

Steps:

Rub your hands together to warm them.

Close your eyes.

Gently cup your palms over your eyes without pressing on them.

Make sure no light enters your eyes.

Breathe deeply and relax for 1–2 minutes.

Repeat 2–3 times a day.

2. The 20-20-20 Rule
Purpose: Reduces digital eye strain from screens.

Steps:

Every 20 minutes, take a 20-second break.

Look at something 20 feet (6 meters) away.

Blink naturally and breathe deeply.

Resume work.

Tip: Set a timer if you forget.
