Vision exercises include the Near-Far Focusing exercise, where you shift your gaze between a close object and a distant object to improve focus flexibility; the Figure Eight exercise, where you trace a figure-eight with your eyes to enhance tracking; and the 20-20-20 Rule, a break where you look at an object 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes to reduce digital eye strain. These exercises can strengthen eye muscles, reduce eye fatigue, and improve overall eye coordination.
